I. To have knowledge is to have responsibility.
“Anyone, then who knows the good he ought to do…” (vs 17a) * * * A. When we are aware of a need, a crisis or our Godly duty we will either take action or walk away.
1. Determine if there is a real need.
a. “Don’t jump off a bridge for a hat.”
b. “You can’t marry everyone you feel sorry for.” * * * B. If it is in our power to help, me must.
“Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in your power to act. Do not say to your neighbor, “Come back later; I’ll give it tomorrow”__ when you now have it with you.” Proverbs 3: 27-28 * * * C. Do not procrastinate, especially in the essentials.

1. Am I born-again? 2. Is my spouse born-again? 3. Are my children born-again? 4. Is my neighbor born-again?

II. Avoid committing the “Sin of Omission”
