III.  God’s Holy Spirit can “create a new heart”.  Psalms 51:10

 

               Read Psalms 51: 1-13

 

A.     Entire sanctification will create a pure heart and a perfect love.

 

B.      The Apostle Paul encouraged the Thessalonians believers to ask God to sanctify them.  See I Thes. 5:23-24.

 

1.       The Scriptures clearly teach that there is a second work of grace subsequent to regeneration.

 

C.     The disciples were empowered Christians after Pentecost.
