The church library is missing
these books. Please look to see if you might have any of
them in your home. |

New |
The
Library's "free books" bookcase has some "new" books added to
its shelves. Please see if there are any books that you would
like to have or to share with others. The bookcase is located
just outside the Library door.
The
following books have been added to the Library and can be found
located in the Recent Additions area at the rear of the library:
A juvenile book, "Eric Liddell" is the story of a Christian
young man who won an Olympic gold medal in 1924, breaking the
then world record in running. His story was told in the movie,
"Chariots of Fire". Eric later became a missionary, serving in
Japan. Great story.
2 books by Charles Colson, "Loving God" and "Life Sentence".
Both are very good reading.
Challenging.
"Impact", Work and Witness Miracles. Pray that God will work
miracles through our team in Argentina!
"Lady in Waiting". A book for women seeking God's perspective on
their lives and futures.
"In His Image" by Dr. Paul Brand and Philip Yancey. This is the
companion volume to Dr. Brand's book, "Fearfully and Wonderfully
Made". The author continues the exploration of the human body
and it's metaphorical counterpart, the spiritual body.
Excellent!

Mission
stories are available on CD in the library this week. Some of
the titles are: "Every Full-Moon Night", "Eight Steps from the
Edge of Hell", and "Should I Kiss or Shake Hands?" You will find
the CD's located on the low cabinet at the back of the Library.

Check out the Teen Book Section of the Library! There are some great
new books for you to read through this summer:

--actually, answers to 269 questions about life, death, love, sex, money
